Into the mind

Thoughts randomly floating
As if clouds in the sky
Slowly moving
Across a blue ocean

Sometimes stormy
A multitude of ideas
Flitting in and out swiftly
Slippery like a fish
Unable to be caught

At times no thoughts
Like an empty sky at night
Blank and dark
All beauty voided

The most acceptable
Is the one that sticks
Becoming true ideas
So clear
Like a drink of water
Quenching your thirst
